Production Team Lead

The Production Team Lead plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily production activities.

  • Lead and motivate production team members to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with the Production Manager to drive process improvements and enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement coaching, training, and performance support programs to upskill the team.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement across the factory floor.
  • Champion food safety, hygiene, and health and safety standards through proactive risk management and mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant management role within food manufacturing or FMCG.
  • Proven ability to lead and engage frontline teams, leveraging strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of production processes, factory operations, and quality control systems.
  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements, resulting in increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with a focus on delivering results.
