Production Leadership Role

Direct a team of production specialists to drive efficient operations and continuous improvement.

  • Oversee daily activities to ensure smooth operation, adhering to industry standards and quality control measures.
  • Support the Production Manager in delivering key performance indicators and strategic goals.
  • Identify process enhancements and implement improvements through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute training programs to foster employee growth and capability.
  • Cultivate a culture that promotes accountability, inclusivity, and ongoing development.
  • Assure adherence to health, safety, and food security protocols.
  • Address day-to-day personnel matters and escalate when necessary.
  • Participate in human resources processes and collaborate on organizational initiatives.
  • Contribute to production planning and coordination, including audits and cross-functional meetings.
  • Monitor productivity and propose strategies to boost staff engagement and shift efficiency.
Key Qualifications:
  • Experience in supervisory or management roles within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and engage frontline teams.
  • Understanding of production processes and factory operations.
  • Track record of identifying and implementing process improvements.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with hands-on approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
