is seeking a
Marketing & Business Development Manager
to join their Dublin office.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest-growing law firms in the region, supporting ambitious client initiatives and campaigns across Ireland and internationally.
About the Role:
You'll be an integral part of a collaborative and innovative team, reporting to senior leaders and playing a hands-on role in executing business development strategies, leading key pitches, driving brand visibility, and supporting firm-wide campaigns and events.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the execution of business development and marketing plans aligned with the firm's Ireland growth strategy
Lead pitch and proposal development, ensuring high-impact submissions
Deliver marketing campaigns, events, and thought leadership initiatives
Manage internal and external communications, with a strong focus on digital and content strategy
Build sector-specific client engagement strategies in collaboration with international teams
Oversee directory submissions and CRM best practices
Collaborate across global teams to share knowledge, best practices, and ensure alignment
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience (5+ years) in a business development or marketing role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment
Strong writing, communication and project management skills
A proactive, confident, and solutions-oriented mindset
Experience managing stakeholders and delivering high-quality output under pressure
Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and content development
