Appliance & Electronics Technician

As an Appliance & Electronics Technician, you will diagnose and repair customer units.
Your responsibilities include:
Contact customers at the start of each workday
Handle all scheduled calls for the day
Diagnose appliances and electronics accurately
Order parts and document comments in the work order from the customer's home
Install parts and test unit operation after installation
Call tech support and document calls after failed repairs
Complete billing notes from the customer's home
Perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of this position

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED
