
Electronics Repair Specialist

At our store, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customer units operate at their best. Your responsibilities include:
- Contacting customers to schedule service calls
- Handling all scheduled calls for the day with attention to detail
- Accurately diagnosing appliances and electronics
- Ordering parts and documenting comments in the work order from the customer's home
- Installing parts and testing unit operation after installation
- Calling tech support and documenting calls after failed repairs
- Completing billing notes from the customer's home
- A strong problem solver with excellent multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Maintaining a professional image and public confidence
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Bonus based on performance
