Device Repair and Technical Support Specialist">

The purpose of this role is to fill an engineer position in our Dublin workshop, where you will be responsible for managing the repair of devices returned by customers.

As a key member of our team, you will provide technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales teams via phone, email, or face-to-face. You will also liaise with suppliers to resolve issues and report incidents requiring manufacturer input.

You will be responsible for managing stock, performing administrative tasks, and ensuring all activity is recorded on our Service Management system.

  • Provide expert technical support to customers, field engineers, and sales teams via multiple communication channels.
  • Liaise with suppliers to resolve technical issues and report incidents requiring manufacturer input.
  • Manage stock levels, perform administrative tasks, and ensure accurate recording of all activities on our Service Management system.

  • Bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or applied science.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Aptitude for electronic circuits and soldering techniques.
