Technical Support SpecialistAbout the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.

This role will involve visiting client locations in the region to provide technical support and repair services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit client locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues with computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
  • Identify and fix hardware glitches, swap out parts (RAM, SSD, batteries, motherboard), and perform regular maintenance tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Experience in repairing laptop components, including RAM, SSD, battery, and motherboard.
  • Proven troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, and other electronic devices.
  • A valid driving license and spoken English required.
  • Server and networking experience is an added advantage.
  • CompTIA certification is a plus.
