We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Support Specialist.
This role will involve visiting client locations in the region to provide technical support and repair services.
Key Responsibilities- Visit client locations to diagnose and resolve technical issues with computers, laptops, and other electronic devices.
- Identify and fix hardware glitches, swap out parts (RAM, SSD, batteries, motherboard), and perform regular maintenance tasks.
- Experience in repairing laptop components, including RAM, SSD, battery, and motherboard.
- Proven troubleshooting skills for PCs, laptops, and other electronic devices.
- A valid driving license and spoken English required.
- Server and networking experience is an added advantage.
- CompTIA certification is a plus.
