We are seeking a skilled Appliance Repair Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing customer units accurately and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair customer units promptly and professionally.
  • Contact customers at the start of each workday to confirm scheduled calls.
  • Handle all scheduled calls for the day, prioritizing tasks as needed.
  • Order parts and document comments in the work order from the customer's home.
  • Install parts and test unit operation after installation.
  • Call tech support and document calls after failed repairs.
  • Complete billing notes from the customer's home.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned within the scope of this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with strong multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Maintain a professional image and public confidence.
