Workshop Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Engineer to manage the repair and maintenance of medical devices. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of electronic circuits and soldering techniques.

Job Description:

The successful applicant will play a critical role in managing stock and performing administrative tasks. They will be responsible for providing technical support via telephone, email, or face-to-face communication.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform pre-delivery inspections of medical devices and record all activity on our Service Management system.
  • Manage stock levels and perform administrative tasks to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with manufacturer guidelines.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

  • A third-level qualification in biomedical engineering, electronics, electrical engineering, or applied science.
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuits and soldering techniques.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
