Job Overview

This role involves the installation, maintenance and repair of medical devices in designated hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Purpose of Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to provide complete preventative maintenance and first-line repair services for medical devices. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair medical devices in accordance with manufacturer's instructions.
  • Liaise with customer support administration for reporting and invoicing purposes.
  • Manage customer relations with emphasis on communication and satisfaction.
  • Attend training courses to enhance technical skills.

Requirements

  • NFQ Level 5-6 qualification in Electronic servicing or mechatronics.
  • Full driver's license.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
