Were looking for an HR Exec to join our client's team from recruitment and onboarding to training, development, and employee engagement, you will be an integral part of the HR operation.
General responsibilities Manage recruitment, onboarding, and leaver processes.
Be the go-to contact for HR queries, offering clear and timely support.
Handle HR admin including contracts, payroll support, and personnel records.
Assist with employee relations cases (grievances, performance, disciplinaries).
Support training, development, and performance reviews.
Lead employee engagement, reward, and recognition initiatives.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and Irish employment law.
What were looking for 13 years HR experience in a similar role.
CIPD qualification or relevant HR/Business degree.
Strong knowledge of Irish employment law.
Proficient in MS Office; HR systems experience is a plus.
Excellent communication, organisation, and people skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
