What We're Looking For: ?
A current NMBI registration ?
Proven experience in a senior nursing role (CNM, ADON, or DON level) ?
A warm, approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people ?
Strong clinical governance and management skills ?
A passion for creating a supportive and positive work environment for staff and residents alike ?
