**Job Opportunity for Director of Nursing**

We are seeking a highly experienced and compassionate nursing leader to take on the role of Director of Nursing in our well-established nursing home in Portmarnock.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior nurse with strong clinical governance and management skills, who is naturally empathetic and kind, to lead our team and make a lasting difference in the lives of residents and staff.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • To provide exceptional leadership and guidance to the nursing team
  • To ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care in accordance with best practice guidelines
  • To maintain effective communication with other departments and stakeholders

**Requirements:**

  • A current NMBI registration
  • Proven experience in a senior nursing role (CNM, ADON, or DON level)
  • A warm and approachable leadership style with a genuine focus on people
