Job Description:Flexsource is recruiting on behalf of a leading infrastructure services provider in Ireland.
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Van Driver / Landscaper to join our dynamic team based at the Sandyford service depot.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in landscaping and driving with full training provided—no prior experience is required.Job Title: Van Driver / LandscaperKey Responsibilities:Drive company vans safely to and from worksites and depots.Assist in a variety of landscaping tasks including lawn care, planting, hedge trimming, and garden maintenance.Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment with training provided.Support general site maintenance and keep work areas tidy and safe.Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times.Work well within a team and take initiative when working independently.Support depot operations and carry out general duties as needed.Key Requirements:Valid Full B driving licence with a minimum of 6 months' driving experience preferred, but training and support will be provided for the right candidate.No prior landscaping or driving experience necessary—full training provided.Willingness to learn and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.Ability to work flexible hours including availability for occasional on-call shifts.Working Hours:40 hours per week, Monday to FridayStandard Shifts:Monday to Thursday: 07:00 – 15:30Friday: 06:00 – 14:30Availability for on-call work outside of standard hours is requiredPay:Base Rate: €14.80 per hourNight Shift Premium (1.3x): €19.24Overtime (1.5x after 40 hours): €22.20Emergency On-Call (1.75x): €25.90Sunday/Bank Holiday (2x): €29.60Tax-Free Daily Subsistence: €8.28Weekly On-Call Allowance: €Opportunities for progression with pay increases as skills develop.
