Working Site Foreman Site Address - Dublin 2 Project Duration - 12 months Full time Project Type - Hi-end residential We are looking for a trade background working foreman with a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience working on high-end residential projects. May consider an experienced carpenter looking to make a step up to the foreman role, but must have a well-rounded construction experience of all aspects of construction. Will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including managing and coordinating trades and subcontractors on site. Must be able to deliver projects on time and within budget. Be able to work on your own initiative and have good problem-solving skills. Attend weekly site meetings with the design team. Monitor quality and ensure work is completed to a high standard. Monitor expenditure, and work is completed within budget. Keep daily site records and record variations. Have a good understanding of safety procedures and be responsible for adherence on site. Must have good written and verbal communication and be able to correspond with members of the design team on topics as they arise. Good timekeeping and punctuality are a must.
