Construction Plant Fitter

CONSTRUCTION PLANT FITTER Whelan Plant Sales are recruiting for a suitable qualified Construction Plant Fitter to join our team. This role will be mobile and yard based providing breakdown, routine service and back-up support to our customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES • Service, repair and maintenance of Hyundai, Kubota and Daemo range of equipment • Diagnosing faults • Completing jobs to a high standard promptly and within a given time frame • Maintenance and repair of all components within our products, engines, transmissions, axles and hydraulic systems • Maintain all paperwork in relation to jobs accurately • Proactive in relation to reporting faults and additional works required to line manager • Maintain strong customer relationships KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Applicants should be qualified with Minimum 2 years’ experience. • A good knowledge of electrical, hydraulic and mechanical troubleshooting and repair • Must be competent in following electrical and hydraulic schematic diagrams to diagnose faults • Competent in welding and fabrication • Computer Literate An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the successful candidate
