Find out more about our global programme Different makes a difference.Where could you work:As a Graduate Aviation Project Management graduate, you'll enjoy variety, working on large and small projects with the opportunity to explore different career pathways, including consulting and design. Help us reimagine our places and spaces, from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and critical flood defence schemes - we touch every aspect of social and economic environments.Your purpose:Support the planning, coordination, and execution of aviation infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.Liaise with internal teams, airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with aviation standards.Provide engineering input and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews, technical assessments, and quality assurance.Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including aviation-specific safety protocols.Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and support cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, risks, and performance metrics.Assist in the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and management of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement in project delivery, particularly in the context of sustainable aviation and digital engineering.What you can bring:Level 8 or above in a Project Management related degree or any subject for those who can demonstrate commercial or technical acumen.A passion for working in a consultancy environment.Championing a culture where everyone belongs.A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent).
