Help us reimagine our places and spaces, from transport hubs to university campuses, industrial facilities, and critical flood defence schemes - we touch every aspect of social and economic environments.**Your purpose:*** Support the planning, coordination, and execution of aviation infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and budgets.* Liaise with internal teams, airport authorities, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery and compliance with aviation standards.* Provide engineering input and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, including design reviews, technical assessments, and quality assurance.* Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure all activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including aviation-specific safety protocols.* Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and support cost control measures to ensure financial targets are met.* Prepare and present regular project updates, reports, and dashboards to senior management and clients, highlighting milestones, risks, and performance metrics.* Assist in the preparation of tender documents, evaluation of bids, and management of contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.* Promote best practices, innovation, and continuous improvement in project delivery, particularly in the context of sustainable aviation and digital engineering.**What you can bring:*** Level 8 or above in a Project Management related degree or any subject for those who can demonstrate commercial or technical acumen.* A passion for working in a consultancy environment.* Championing a culture where everyone belongs.* A desire to work collaboratively with a curious approach, challenging yourself to find new solutions.* Enthusiasm and drive to develop your skillset and seek out development opportunities within a supportive team.* Motivation to achieve professional accreditation (where applicable).* Comfortably embrace agile ways of working and learning new technologies.* Commitment to spend a minimum of three days a week in the office or on client site (project dependent).
