Customer Solutions Manager

Vitalograph is a leading manufacturer of medical respiratory diagnostic devices and software, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability equipment and software systems used in respiratory end-point clinical drug trials. We have designed, developed and manufactured respiratory diagnostic devices, software, and consumables for healthcare professionals, for 60 years. Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany, and the USA.
Our global expansion programme requires a Customer Solutions Manager to ensure our software solutions continue to achieve industry-leading status in existing and new markets while leading significant connectivity projects globally. This role can be located anywhere in Ireland.
Our software solutions drive and/or capture data from our respiratory diagnostic devices, collating, interrupting, and transmitting reports to meet our customer needs in primary and secondary healthcare.

Reporting to the VP of Global Marketing, the key responsibilities are to:
Identify opportunities and build a solution vision from understanding market needs in cooperation with the customer insights and market access teams.
Translate the solution strategy into detailed requirements, working with the dedicated R&D to manage software modifications & roadmaps according to customer priorities.
Lead large-scale connectivity projects in conjunction with the technical project team and sales teams at large customer segment and geographical levels.
Work with the marketing communications team to enable the sales and partner teams to communicate the value of our solutions to our customers and prospects.
The ideal candidate:
At least 3 years' experience in a similar software product/solution management role in the respiratory diagnostic and/or medical device or healthcare environment is a requirement.
A strong team player with a proven ability to engage with engineers, designers, company leaders and customers in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
A strong understanding of agile delivery and software delivery lifecycle methodologies.
The ability to demonstrate an ability to manage multiple products simultaneously and in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent English both verbal and written, with full Visa to work in Ireland is essential.
Global experience is highly desirable.
Location
This role offers remote working but our R&D and Marketing teams based in Ennis, Co Clare, Ireland, where frequent interactions is required. Therefore it is highly desirable to work in or have easy access to this location when needed.
