Responsibilities:

Develop world-class sponsorship marketing campaigns, leveraging knowledge of the Irish sponsorship landscape. Play a pivotal role in creating and shaping clients' strategic plans, ensuring alignment with their objectives and market trends. Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and driving exceptional client service. Champion creativity within the team, fostering an environment of innovation and pushing boundaries to deliver outstanding results. Serve as a liaison between clients and the internal team, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations. Manage client finances with precision, overseeing budgets and expenditures to ensure profitability and efficiency. Optimize team capacity and resources, assign tasks effectively and maximize productivity. Inspire colleagues with a passion for storytelling, creativity, and innovation, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of work.

Requirements:

. Proven track record in sports marketing or sponsorship. Demonstrate cultural curiosity coupled with a creative flair. Possessing a well-connected network of industry, editorial, and third-party contacts readily accessible. Innovative marketing strategist, adept at crafting effective plans to meet client objectives. Experience in PR, recognizing its intrinsic value and actively engaging with media. Capable of hands-on involvement in plan creation and execution. Effective leader with strong proficiency in time, budget, and team management. Skilled in developing campaign strategies and overseeing campaign activations. Experience in driving business development efforts, contributing to both company and client growth initiatives.
