KNOW THE ROLE
Our Beauty Department are recruiting for a Full Time position, 37.50 hour contract, Sales Consultant, some of the duties involved are:
Key Responsibilities
Help clients find beauty products they’re looking forDemonstrate makeup techniquesProduct KnowledgeCross-sell products, when appropriateExplain product details, including ingredients, price and application methodsMake sure beauty stations are presentable and fully-stocked at all timesPeople
Working as part of team, delivering extraordinary service to both external and internal customersEnsuring communication is open and clear within the Beauty Hub teamContributing to team targets and goalsAttending team briefings daily to understand targets and promotionsLiving and showcasing the behaviours associated with the Brown Thomas Arnotts people values.Product
Being passionate and enthusiastic about products and services available at the Beauty Hub.Acquiring and updating product knowledge through supplier training, product labels, magazines etcKeeping up to date with new product launches including new pop up storesPromote the sustainable edit across your departmentBeing aware of product lines in other departments and introducing related product to the customerBeing knowledgeable of additional services on offer throughout the store including events and promotionsCustomer Experiences
Create a memorable in store experience through delivering extraordinary service to our customersEnhance the customer experience through new innovation and digital servicesMeeting and exceeding our customer’s needs through product knowledge and building rapportProviding a professional after sales serviceIntroducing additional services including events and promotions throughout the storeBuilding customer loyalty through attentive services and showcasing our loyalty programDestinations
Maintaining the highest level of merchandising standardsReplenishing stock ensuring that all items/products are out on the shopfloorFollowing health and safety procedures and security proceduresLearn, understand and comply with all company policy and proceduresAchieving daily/weekly targetsPerforming till procedures correctly and efficientlyPreparing for and assisting in the process of stocktakingKNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Proven work experience as a Beauty Specialist, Beautician, Beauty Advisor or similar roleExperience in sales positions is a plusUp-to-date with cosmetic lines and beauty trendsHands-on experience with makeup application techniquesUnderstanding of different skin typesSolid customer service skills with a positive attitudeAbility to perform well under stressful situations (e.g. during peak hours)Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plusKNOW WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
