What you will work on

  • Responsible for day-to-day management, performance, and analysis of all acquisition-focused marketing channels.
  • Marketing campaign management: Generate ideas, strategy, implement, and refine full funnel campaigns for all digital marketing channels (New & existing customers) across Sportsbook & Casino.
  • Oversight of the execution and optimization of Search Marketing campaigns using ongoing testing and refinement of bid strategies, ad copy, and extensions for Ireland.
  • Develop, execute, and optimize all performance display & paid social campaigns.
  • Oversee the development and execution of promotions and incentives for all digital acquisitions.
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders in the business, including Brand Marketing, Creative, CRM. Gaming and sportsbook, to execute the digital campaigns.
  • Supervise a digital marketing calendar, forecasting, and budgets in line with marketing plans.
  • Explore, research, and experiment with new and emerging digital channels.
  • Execute and assess tests aimed at optimising conversion funnels.
  • Liaise with the Country manager on budgeting & forecasting for marketing activities. Present digital media plans to the relevant key stakeholders.
  • Weekly and monthly performance updates, what did & did not work and recommendations going forward.

What you bring

  • Marketing Degree, bachelor’s or higher, or similar/equivalent business degree.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in performance marketing, preferably within the Gaming industry.
  • Extensive experience across all performance marketing platforms,
  • CPA & ROAS experience and results. 
  • Budget Management
  • In-depth understanding of digital tracking, measurement, and reporting tools. Proficient in reporting and forecasting.
  • Strong commercial acumen, highly performance and results driven.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
