Your key responsibilities as part of the team:
You will act as a key domain knowledge specialist, complementing our architect and engineering technical teams to identify and create Business-focused solutions and outcomes utilising Low Code technologies, with a focus on Microsoft products but awareness of other leading Low Code vendors. You will also work with Technology Consulting leaders to define staffing demands against the profile of market demand and technology services evolution and liaise with internal teams to develop the right mix of skills and capabilities as identified. Generate enthusiasm and an understanding of why Low Code matters and help organisations grow their low code portfolio within the Ecosystem. Support market making efforts and proposal development. Act as a key client liaise from a functional representative perspective, evangelising and ideating solutions in conjunction with other team members.
Your experience, skills, and capabilities:
A strong leader and motivator with the ability to build, and lead teams to deliver quality outcomes. Experience in build a team delivery model and providing technical leadership and expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics suite. Excellent business and technical analysis, and solution proposal capabilities. Ability to shape and organise the delivery of programmes/projects. Strong problem solver and excellent communicator. Consulting experience is essential.
