Position Summary:

 The DC Engineering Intern will assist the DC Engineer with a wide range of projects related to the DC Frame standardization and will assist towards CI. PVC frames are assembled for the shipping of DC's, these frames vary in sizes depending on the size of the DC. Standardization of these frame parts will allow inventory to be cut and stored ahead of builds which will reduce time taken to build a frame. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in college related to his or her area of interest and apply them in a professional setting.

 

 

Responsibilities:


      Review all frame designs.

      Meet deadlines assigned.

      Document new standardised lengths.

      Redline all design which need to be updated with notation on changes.

      Execute other tasks as assigned.


Qualifications:

 

      Qualified or studying towards an engineering degree.

      Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.

      Good problem-solving ability.

      Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
