As Global Commercial Leader you will be responsible for leading and growing the commercial function within the Panametrics Business. You will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy, leading a global sales and wider commercial team and be expected to drive strategic success with profitable orders growth. Collaboration across all functions will be key to success. This role will be responsible for leading a global team across 7 regions and will report to the Vice President of Panametrics and location will be North America or Europe.

In the role of Global Commercial Leader, you will:

Provide the commercial strategy, aligned to Panametrics business strategy, to ensure commercial growth in each region and across all product lines. Develop, lead, coach, and retain key diverse talent, providing clear direction, feedback and developing succession and career paths. Drive operational excellence and build strong ‘say/do’ performance culture on commercial rhythms, forecasting and performance and drive improvement in business outcomes via sustainable & predictable orders growth. Harness deep knowledge of Industrial markets, customer and competitor dynamics to inform and guide our strategic direction. Leveraging strong customer network at influential levels – personal involvement securing outcomes with key deals and customers. Directly manage regional teams in key regions (North America, Latam, Europe and MENATI, China and APAC), lead commercial operations for Panametrics globally. Support key commercial visits to customers, channel partners and commercial teams globally, driving engagement and nurturing new opportunities, responsible for deal sign-off/approvals and pricing variations. Build comprehensive new growth opportunity pipeline and drive growth initiatives (new accounts, new customers) based on market trends, data analysis and commercial intensity and in collaboration with marketing, product management and Technology during business LRP (Long range plan strategy) sessions. With a focus on profitability, provide Quarterly estimates of Orders and Convertibility for Panametrics globally with the region leaders, with a view of risk and opportunity, looking to exceed targets. As part of all new NPI (New Product Developments) provide the commercial inputs based on strong Voice of Customer feedback and commercial intelligence to support product differentiation and NPI commercialization. Create a comprehensive strategy for all regions, ensuring channel coverage (vs direct) is optimized and support Channel sales meetings and visits. Coordinate Sales force training and product knowledge, drive initiatives to enable our commercial teams to become deep domain Pressure experts and best in class in the Industry. Contribute to the digital marketing initiatives & ecommerce strategy. Be responsible for global budget and commercial team productivity.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent – preferably in Science/Engineering, Business or Commercial discipline Have a wealth of experience in managing sales/commercial in an Industrial domain (high volume, high complexity/mix with lead-times from 1 week to 1year)  Demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to influence others and lead local and remote teams and generate excitement internally and externally. Be a highly motivated and energetic leader with strong organizational skills. Be financially & commercially astute – a good understanding of contracts (including terms e.g. commercial trades, logistics, and pricing), business financials and reporting. Be a natural, proactive communicator with proven negotiation skills. Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems through good analytical skills. Be results orientated, self-driven individual with passion, enthusiasm and energy and ability to influence with and without authority in a multi-disciplinary, matrixed environment. Show the ability to be a team player and work collaboratively.
