Position Description

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive environment.
In the position of internal readiness, the successful candidate will play a crucial role and be responsible for the internal readiness activities within the area of Clearstream Fund Services (CFS).
This position along with the management team with be responsible for ensuring Operations and other impacted business areas are ready in time to understand the new functionalities that will be introduced with project deliverables, to understand the impacts on their daily operations and end-to-end processes and to be able to operate the new product and systems features in an integrated manner.
CFS Internal Readiness is lead and initiated by the CFS Change Management & Implementation team, The appointed person will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing specific activities including but not exclusive to the below:
Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Summary of Key Competencies required for the position.
High level of organization. Focus on accuracy and attention to detail. Capacity to work independently with an Inquisitive mindset: desire to understand systems and workflows. Results orientation with an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office. Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel is considered an advantage. An understanding of the funds industry Excellent analytical skills and care for detail Good organisational skills Excellent communication skills and willingness to build networks.
