Role Overview:

As an Order Processor, you will be essential in processing sales and providing aftercare for our retail stores and sales advisers. Your role will support the sales team in achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer service. This is an office position in support of our customer facing Sales Advisers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow compliance and quality control procedures to validate contracts before finalizing sales.
• Create customer accounts, place new orders, and upgrade existing accounts.
• Test broadband service availability and place necessary packages.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly targets.
• Handle queries from sales representatives via email and phone.
• Perform general logistical administration duties.
• Enter data into databases accurately.
• Monitor sales placed on hold and follow up with representatives to resolve issues.
• Report to the Office Manager and Sales Manager.

About You:

• Keen eye for detail with the ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative and be highly organized.
• Critical and creative thinking abilities.
• Keen interest in new technology.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
