You will also be involved in requests that will help us to continually improve the functionality of the system.
What does this position involve?
Oracle HCM manages people related data and processes to make it easier for individuals and managers to navigate their people orientated responsibilities. Oracle HCM sits at the heart of business; it is therefore vitally important to ensure we support our users.
You will not be able to solve everything - we anticipate Level 1/Level 2 and some Level 3 support actions to start with. Anything you can’t solve; you will escalate to the technical folks at Oracle HCM.
In addition to support, we are rolling out Oracle HCM to other countries in EMEA and increasing the functionality available to those countries – you will play a pivotal role in helping us implement that change program.
What type of person will be a fantastic fit for this position?
Self-reliant, curious, resourceful and with great customer skills Positive and solutions driven when dealing with customer requests. Be human – able to empathise and support customers through with their requests. Use your amazing listening and analysis skills to identify what the customer actually needs Follow up and communicate effectively with customers. Prioritise and escalate requests in a methodical sensible way. Liaise with our application vendor (Oracle) to resolve technical challenges. Great attention to detail and a genuine interest in technology to help us make the most of our systems.What experience will you need?
Preferably previous of Oracle HCM will be great to ensure you hit the ground running. If you have experience of supporting other HRIS systems, we are also happy to hear from you
