As a Recruitment Coordinator at RBK, you will play a pivotal role in helping us find the right candidates for our internal roles and our client assignments. You will work closely with the HR team to source suitable candidates via various platforms, draft job specifications, and manage the applicant tracking system.

Role Responsibilities:

Utilise various sourcing methods, including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other online platforms to identify potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with job requirements. Collaborate with Recruitment Specialist to create detailed and accurate job specifications. Write compelling job postings that effectively communicate the role's responsibilities and requirements. Manage our ATS to track candidate progress throughout the recruitment process. Foster positive candidate experiences by providing timely communication and information about the hiring process. Schedule interviews and assessments, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.

Profile:

One year work experience as a Recruitment Coordinator/Sourcer/Recruitment Assistant/Researcher, preferably with Agency experience. Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Attention to detail.
