We seek two dedicated and experienced Industrial Cleaning Supervisors to join our team at City West, Magna Drive. These permanent, full-time roles involve overseeing industrial cleaning operations while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Lead and manage industrial cleaning staff, promoting a safe and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of cleaning equipment.
- Develop and implement efficient cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities and staff performance.
- Address any issues or repairs promptly.
- Coordinate with clients and management to meet cleaning requirements.
Requirements
- Experience in industrial cleaning.
- Full clean driver's licence.
- Garda vetting is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work evenings and nights as required.
