Role Overview


We are looking for a skilled and motivated Experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. This is a hands-on leadership role, supervising a team of cleaners and ensuring that operations are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

As a supervisor, you will oversee cleaning tasks in diverse industrial and commercial settings, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations and maintaining top-tier cleanliness standards.


Key Responsibilities


  • Led, trained, and motivated a team of cleaning professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
  • Oversee specialised cleaning activities, such as window cleaning, power washing, carpet cleaning, and duct cleaning.
  • Ensure the proper operation and maintenance of advanced cleaning equipment, including high-reach window systems and power washers.
  • Develop and manage cleaning schedules and protocols to meet client and company requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing feedback and adapting services to exceed expectations.
  • Maintain detailed records of team performance, equipment usage, and task completion.
  • Address and resolve maintenance or operational issues promptly to avoid disruptions.

Requirements


  • Proven experience in industrial or specialised cleaning.
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • A full clean driver's licence is required.
  • Garda vetting is advantageous.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Flexible and adaptable to work evenings, nights, and across various sites.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
