We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Industrial Cleaner Supervisor to join our team, specialising in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing deep cleaning tasks in a range of environments, including retail stores, deli areas, kitchens, and kitchen extraction systems. Additionally, the role requires accurate data entry into our in-house reporting app following each service.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform deep cleaning of all store areas including floors, shelves, and high-traffic areas, ensuring a hygienic environment for customers and staff.
  • Clean and sanitise deli areas, including food preparation surfaces, counters, and equipment. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food-handling areas.
  • Conduct thorough deep cleaning of kitchens, focusing on stoves, ovens, refrigeration units, and other cooking appliances to maintain a high level of cleanliness.
  • Clean kitchen extraction systems, including hoods, ducts, and vents, ensuring they are free of grease and other residues for safe and efficient operation.
  • Use power washing equipment to clean external areas such as walkways, walls, and loading bays. Ensure all areas are free from dirt, grime, and debris.
  • Accurately input service details and cleaning records into the company's digital reporting app after each task. Ensure reports are completed promptly and submitted to the relevant department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in industrial or deep cleaning is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper handling, and safe disposal.
  • Familiarity with using power washing equipment and other cleaning tools.
  • Ability to clean kitchen extraction systems is an advantage, but training will be provided.
  • Basic IT skills to manage data entry tasks through the in-house reporting app.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow cleaning procedures.
  • Flexibility to work during different shifts, including early mornings or late evenings.

Qualifications:

  • A valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification (preferred).
  • Full clean driving license.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach to work.
