Location: Dublin, as part of our hybrid working model.

A snapshot of your peer group:
8+ years' experience leading and delivering consulting projects, ideally with a people and change focus. Experience across a number of people advisory related areas, change management, workforce planning, organisation design and HR/People strategy.

Become part of the leadership team in KPMG's growing People & Change teamLead on the delivery of major consulting engagements.Make strategic decisions and work alongside senior leadership teams.
Your team:
You will be joining a dynamic team of 38 people from 10 different nationalities speaking more than 15 languages with one thing in common - a passion for people. The team delivers on four key service offerings namely change management, organizational design, talent management and leadership, culture, and diversity.
