Overview
Waters Corporation are seeking an Accounts Payable team member to join the Accounts Team in either Wilmslow, UK or Wexford, Ireland locations. This is a hybrid role, working 2-3 days a week on site.
This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a global leading business. Waters offer excellent support, development and certified qualification within this role.
You will be responsible for invoice processing, query resolution, payments to vendors and building strong relationships with the buying teams.You will also have the opportunity to work on future projects, including RPA Automation of direct materials, which will be of great interest and valuable experience.

Processing of vendor direct & indirect invoices Inter-company Invoice processing Vendor queries Vendor statement reconciliations Weekly blocked invoice reporting & follow up actions Processing payments on a weekly basis Verification of electronic attachments for SOX & VAT compliance Monthly GRNI review & follow up Drive & support RPA project Support EMEA Ariba rolloutProject work

Qualifications
Education: At least GCSE or equivalent level to include strong Maths and English, no formal accounting qualifications are required.
Experience:
Some Accounts Assistant experience SAP & Excel knowledge are beneficial SAP Ariba knowledge beneficial but not mandatoryCompetencies:
Good written and oral communication skills are required, to ensure succinct report generation, effective communication with staff, and peers across organisation. Must be able to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organisation. Computer literate – MS Suite. Excel would be advantageous to produce reports and analyse data effectively.In return:
