Waters Corporation are seeking an Accounts Payable team member to join the Accounts Team in either Wilmslow, UK or Wexford, Ireland location. This is a 12-month FTC and will be a hybrid role, working 3 days a week on site.

Responsibilities
Accounts Payable Invoice processing Processing fixed assets invoices Inter-company Invoice processing Answering vendor queries Updating Purchase order spreadsheets General ledger account analysis Processing payments on a weekly basis Accounts Payable Project work Support global project implementation Ariba Other Ad-Hoc reporting and administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Education: High School Education, including maths and english.
Experience:
Some Accounts Assistant experience SAP & Excel knowledge are beneficial SAP Ariba knowledge beneficial Great written and oral communication skills are required Computer literate – MS Suite. Excel would be advantageous to produce reports and analyze data optimally.
