Responsibilities: 

Responsible for defining brand stories and principles, including distilling insights and shaping experience pillars. Conduct research, trend analysis, and gathering insights to inform creative responses and design direction Focus on future trends and agency strategies through innovate thinking, insights and research Proactively engage with clients, provide strategic consultancy, identify support opportunities, foster innovation and establish methods t measure creative effectiveness. Build consultancy credentials, functioning as both a brand and creative strategist. Host and facilitate strategic workshops, conceptualizing creative strategy and defining briefs. Determine methods to measure creative effectiveness, track progress, and evaluate outcomes. Enhance collaboration, advising the Creative/Design Director, and having visualization skills. Cement the agency’s new positioning and contribute to the development of the Brand Experience (BX) audit & index platform. Be a representative and provide thought leadership for the practice.

Requirements: 

Bachelor’s degree / advanced qualification in Design, Strategy, Innovation or related field Proven experience in leading, creative and strategic initiatives within a creative agency Experience in shaping clients’ brand stories and bringing it alive Expertise in innovation consultancy and lifecycle management Ability to translate technical concepts into commercially viable and compelling propositions. Track record of driving commercial success and business growth. Excellent thought leadership, communication and presentation skills Knowledge of emerging technologies – AR, VR, AI, others
