Job Description
Senior Intune Endpoint Technical Support Engineer

An established MSP here in Dublin who has a wide range of clients require an experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer who has strong proven experience with Intune Endpoint Manager.

The MSP, a Microsoft Partner has moved many of their clients to the cloud using Azure, and are progressing to provide more and more Security focused solutions to their clients.  To do this, they need to hire an experienced Intune/Endpoint IT Engineer who is Level 3 or at least a strong Level 2 coming from an MSP, who has project focused, and has proven experience working on multiple client projects.

In this role you will:

  • Design & implement Microsoft Intune solutions for Endpoint Management
  • Implement Security policies through Intune
  • Develop compliance policies for clients
  • Run upgrade projects for Intune
  • Document policies & procedures
  • IT project delivery
  • Deal with escalations from the helpdesk


RequirementsYou must have the following skills & experience:

  • Strong experience using Intune, Endpoint Manager
  • Senior Technical Support experience on Microsoft products M 365 Admin, Active Directory, Azuree
  • Proven experience working on client projects with Intune
  • Strong scripting skills using PowerShell for automation
  • Endpoint management, security & compliance with intune
  • MSP experience is preferred
  • Microsoft Certifications e.g. Microsoft Certifications related to Intune, endpoint management
Living in or near Dublin and legal to work in Ireland
