What is the Role: 

This role presents an exciting new full-time opportunity within a friendly, collaborative, fast-paced & data-intensive team within the 2K Player Experiences Services department. As an Associate Program Manager at 2K, you will play a pivotal role in the execution & delivery of products, services & features that extend the 2K gaming experience, creating an ecosystem of player touchpoints. You will be responsible for managing complex technical projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams across the business & delivering products, services & features crucial for the continued commercial success of the 2K business to the highest quality standards.

You will work in Player Experiences Services & will steer our efforts in successfully building, operating & servicing our business units to understand our players & enhance their in & out of game experiences to engage, entertain & thrill our vibrant 2K community. The Player Experiences Services team comprises diverse experts dedicated to strategic & executional excellence across in-game and out-of-game compliance, business intelligence, game-extending products & program management. Together, they collaborate to ensure the seamless end-to-end delivery of innovative & memorable player-focused experiences.

What You Will Do:

Program Management - Assist in facilitating the alignment between PlayerServices' strategic goals and the execution of prioritised initiatives, ensuring successful delivery with a focus on driving business success

Project Management - Lead & manage the entire lifecycle of projects, from conception to delivery & application. Manage & prioritise work. Develop project plans, schedules, & track progress against milestones. Identify & mitigate project risks & proactively address issues that may arise.

Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate closely with teams across the business & across our partner labels to ensure alignment with project goals & requirements. Facilitate communication & coordination among various teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Relationship Management & Stakeholder Communication - Regularly communicate project status, updates, & issues to stakeholders & partners of various levels. Provide transparency & visibility into project progress

Planning & Prioritization - Work closely with both senior leadership & functional teams to prioritise cross-functional initiatives, identify dependencies & create strategic roadmaps for key products, services & feature upgrades

What Skills Are Needed:

Self-Starter & quick learner with the confidence & ability to tackle new initiatives, as well as challenge the status quo by bringing fresh eyes to the table

Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, with the ability to build & maintain strong relationships both within the team & with cross-functional partners

Ability to communicate complex business initiatives with with diverse stakeholder groups

Highly organised & an effective multi-tasker, with demonstrated attention to detail 

Technical knowledge and/or interest in marketing technology platforms & tools, product compliance, data science & analysis techniques & player journey strategy

Problem-solving & decision-making abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Experience with project management & communication tools such as Jira, Confluence & Slack
