Accommodation Supervisor

Join our fabulous team at the Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort, as an Accommodation Supervisor.

We are currently seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to join the team at Farnham Estate. Reporting to the Accommodation Manager, you will supervise the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas, and turndown service.

About the role:

As a Housekeeping supervisor you are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel bedrooms and all public areas,

• Supervision of the servicing of guest bedrooms, public areas, and turndown service. 
• Demonstrate exceptional hygiene standards and work in a professional manner, whilst supervising the Housekeeping Team.
• Supervise and participate in cleaning projects
• Ensure employees adhere to cleaning checklists, as per hotel standards.
• Provide training for new and existing staff
• Report Maintenance issues appropriately
• Communicate effectively and efficiently in a constructive manner with Management and the Team 
• Regularly check public areas/toilets to ensure standards are maintained 
• Log and store lost property
• Follow up with guest queries
• Updating room status via Opera
• Handle emergencies if and when they occur in the Department
• Ensure all team members adhere to Health and Safety Regulations
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks set by the Housekeeping Manager
