The Role:

A Bar Supervisor is required for Farnham Estate Spa & Golf Resort. The Bar Supervisor will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests in a fast-paced environment within the parameters of our Food and Beverage outlets.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing procedures.
  • Overseeing all food service within the bar.
  • Ensuring the bar staff follow the correct steps of service.
  • Providing training for staff members.
  • Providing the highest quality service for our guests.
  • Plan ahead to ensure a smooth service.
  • Staff briefings and after service chats.
  • Comply with health and safety procedures at all times.
  • Assist the Bar Manager with stock control.


The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be able to motivate a team.
  • Work well as part of a team and on their own initiative.
  • Be a good communicator and passionate about their work
  • Have experience of working in a Bar environment.
  • Knowledge of Cocktail making, essential.
  • Have experience of working to high safety standards.
