Community Lead

About the Role
Neutron is the Integrated Application Network. This is embodied both technically and socially. Technically because we enshrine key primitives (e.g., oracles, bridging, and more) into Consensus to make them faster and more secure than what is possible without doing so. And socially because the applications within our ecosystem collaborate and compose with one another in meaningful ways. This has allowed us to start building an unfragmented ecosystem of applications that are more secure, convenient and capital efficient than what is possible off of Neutron.
As a result, we are growing at a tremendous pace. Over the past six months we have hit a number of major milestones : launched Neutron v1, reached 8 figures of TVL, built an ecosystem with 10+ integrated applications, and hundreds of millions in volume. Over the next year we will hit even more ambitious milestones: shipping revolutionary features, 9 figures TVL, even more integrated applications and billions in volume.
Your success will be instrumental to ours’ this next stage. In addition to your responsibilities around moderation and engagement you will serve as an extension of the Marketing and Product teams. The community lead will have a direct line to our users, equipping you with a unique perspective on user needs and a unique ability to spreading our mission clearly and consistently.
