Our Marketing department are currently hiring an Intern to join their Cereal Transformation team in our EUHQ in Dublin. In this role you will support innovation and initiatives for the cereal portfolio, working on some of the most transformative business projects across our markets, accelerating the growth of cereal breakfast in Europe as well as creating our next generation of European Innovations. This role is an excellent entry level marketing position which offers invaluable experience within the European FMCG landscape.

This hybrid working role allows you to split your time between our vibrant Dublin office and working from home providing you with a balanced work-life lifestyle. A Taste of What Youll Be Doing

Support Working with the Cereal Transformation team - providing day to day assistance on product innovation and business transformation projects. Identify analyse and resolve commercial challenges, using various financial reporting and market insight tools. Budget - Responsibility for management, tracking and reporting of the innovation budget. Collaborate - Internal cross-team and markets collaboration liaise with key end-to-end team partners and local market activation teams to develop and deliver plans. Analyse - Identify, analyse, and resolve commercial challenges, using various financial reporting and market insight tools. Building Relationships - Support the team by building relationship with market partners to solve ad hoc request on brands.

Were Looking for Someone With

A driven mindset who can demonstrate initiative and curiosity with previous experience in marketing role. A keen interest in developing their commercial and financial acumen. Fluency in English which is essential, and a second language would be an advantage.
