We are hiring a High Voltage Market Manager IE to join our European team. In this Dublin based role, you will drive the sales and marketing activities, represent the interests of our High Voltage organization in the Irish market. Your natural ability to drive and inspire your regional sales teams will be key to the success of this role, combined with your expertise and know-how to cultivate cross-collaboration. You will be well organized and structured in your approach as you engage with internal and external partners to build sustainable business opportunities.

The Role:

Define and execute PG marketing & sales strategic plan within the territory to ensure growth in orders. Take lead and ownership of cultivating initiatives within the territory for HV products including industry component products. Early identification of opportunities and developing profitable and sustainable sales for the portfolio in each country. Take lead and ownership of the growth initiatives within the IE for HV products with the local Sales organisation. Evaluate potential new and existing markets and their needs and develop a proactive marketing and sales approach with a focus on tangible solutions tailored to customers’ needs. Oversee market, competitive analysis, and market segment activities. Collect data and provide sound market and competitive intelligence analysis relative to territory markets and trends. Develop relationships with key stakeholders. Participate with the local sales organization to negotiate and secure key contracts. Coach, motivate and develop direct and indirect staff in line with internal HR policies. Stay close to the market and report any changes in customer status to mitigate and protect potential risks to the business or compromises contractual agreements across our portfolio of customers/channels.

Background:

Degree in Marketing & Sales or/and Electrical Engineering Preferably 5 years of experience working in the energy sector in a similar/related role Preferably a good understanding of power quality (specifically LV, MV and HV Capacitors & Filters and Energy Storage) through both knowledge and experience. Fluent in English, written and spoken alike. (Knowledge of other languages, is a plus). An analytical leader and a team player with an independent and result oriented approach to work. Exceptional communication and collaborative skills Flexible and able to adapt easily to changing market conditions.
