What You Will Do:

  • Identifying Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs): Conduct thorough research to identify businesses or individuals that align with our target market criteria. Utilize various resources and tools to gather relevant data and insights to determine potential prospects.
  • Developing Email Sales Cadences: Create engaging and personalized email outreach sequences to effectively communicate our value proposition to prospects. Tailor messaging according to the needs and pain points of the target audience to increase response rates and drive engagement.
  • Executing Cold Calling Initiatives: Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective customers to introduce our products/services, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team. Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively convey the benefits of our offerings and generate interest from potential customers.
  • Maintaining CRM Accuracy: Record all interactions, updates, and relevant information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure that all data regarding prospects and leads is up-to-date and properly documented to facilitate seamless communication and collaboration within the sales team.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts, share insights, and provide feedback on the effectiveness of various outreach strategies. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to align messaging and optimize lead generation efforts.
  • Continuous Learning and Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new tools/software relevant to sales development. Proactively seek feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance performance and achieve sales targets.


Nice to Have's:


  • Previous experience in sales development, lead generation, or related roles preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to identify and qualify potential prospects.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Hubspot) and other sales productivity tools.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming objections during cold calling efforts.
