What you do


Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Coordinate & assist procurement activities in Allianz Partners Health Line of Business  Support Health Global COO, based in Dublin, on all procurement topics Develop, together with the Health business, Allianz Partners network of service providers along all lines of business, covering on core business procurement categories and indirect procurement categories professional services, marketing & communication) Drive projects to leverage Allianz Partners global and regional purchasing power. Implement best procurement practices and standards (including compliance and regulatory components) in Allianz Partners Support innovation, solution design and commercial prospection Implement strategic sourcing at local level Manage providers at local and international level Be responsible for all procurement tasks in our Health business Support global & strategic procurement initiatives across Allianz Partners business units and Allianz Group

What you bring

Fluent in English, a second language is a plus Degree in business or similar Project methodology & qualification desirable  Relevant experience in project management, 2 years as a minimum at a senior level  Legally permitted to work in the country of operations Ability to carry out strategic communication internally and externally. Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and research skills

Demonstrate strong leadership and managerial skills and experience, with a hands-on approach; A penchant for being proactive Knowledge of the industry and ability to manage a large operation Strong communication, attention to detail, time management and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and maintain focus under pressure. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.  Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously.

Reporting Line
The position reports functionally to Global Head of Procurement and as functional manager Global Health COO in Allianz Partners. The position also requires to coordinate closely across the Health Operations and with various entities externally
