️ About the Role:
As a Salesperson at Babylon Radio, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through advertising sales, sponsorship deals, and other revenue-generating opportunities. This is your chance to work with a passionate team, build strong relationships, and contribute to our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and contact potential clients for advertising and sponsorship opportunities.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through research and networking.
- Sales Execution:
- Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to client needs.
- Close sales deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Account Management:
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners.
- Provide regular updates to clients and address their concerns proactively.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and editorial teams to align sales strategies with our content and audience goals.
- Provide input on promotional materials and advertising opportunities.
- Performance Tracking:
- Set and achieve sales targets, reporting progress to the management team.
- Analyse sales data and provide insights for improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, account management, or business development is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Google Workspace.
- Attributes:
