An International Construction Company is seeking an Expense Administrator to assist their busy Finance team in Citywest, Dublin 24.

The ideal candidate will have some Expense / Payments experience on their CV. You might be coming from a Banking / Insurance / Professional Services Firm where you are used to processing high volume data

You will be responsible for the following:

Reviewing and processing expense reports. Identifying and resolving delinquent expenses, collaborating with employees to ensure prompt resolution of any outstanding issues. Preparing journal entries for posting into our finance system, ensuring accurate and timely financial data recording. Assisting the Accounts Payable department with any additional tasks, as required. Addressing inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

The ideal candidate will:

2+ years experience in a busy Finance Department. Excellent verbal and written communications, analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented Strong IT skills, experience working with banking platforms
