In-house legal team have a requirement for a  Temporary Paralegal  to assist them through a busy period.

To be considered for this assignment you will need to have:

Minimum of six months experience working in Funds / Transactions / Financial Services within a Corporate environment. Five month assignment (some potential for extension) Dublin 2 Offices – Hybrid

In this role you will provide administrative support to a team of six Lawyers working in the Aviation Leasing sector across Dublin, London and New York.

This is a busy assignment which will offer great experience in Aviation Leasing.

Duties will include:

Updating electronic records and contracts on Sharepoint – Categorising, renaming, filing. Preparation of signature pages and board packs. Preparing packs of documents for third parties. Preparation of spreadsheets, trackers and documents for contracts. Monitoring and updating WIP. Inputting data for KYC checks. General administrative tasks – preparing letters, scanning post etc.
