YOUR ROLE @ CHANEL
Acting as the bridge between the shopfloor and the senior management team
Prominent figure on the floor, leading the team with a collaborative approach
Reporting into the Assistant Managers and ultimately the Boutique Director, providing constant feedback and solving any difficult scenarios as and when they arise, as well as celebrating successes
Motivate and inspire the team to deliver the ultimate Chanel experience
Coach the team to ensure and maintain the shopfloor to a luxury standard (VM, wrapping, replenishment).
Being able to drive business priorities through FA engagement with CHANEL & Moi, CRM, IFL for example to embed a culture of consistent learning, clienteling and exceptional service
Have a thorough understanding of all operational procedures and systems and support the FA team as appropriate
Feedback to the Management team on department performance in terms of sales, merchandising and action plans to elevate the client experience
