: Our Trust & Safety team's commitment is to keep our online community safe. We have invested heavily in human and machine-based moderation to remove harmful content quickly and often before it reaches our general community. The Trust & Safety Policy team develops and reviews our community policies to promote a positive and safe environment for all of our Users and Content Creators to enjoy and express themselves. As a Product Policy Manager for Central Eastern Europe & the Baltics, you will become an expert on the policy, media, and technology landscape of the region and what makes it unique.You will be part of a global and regional team, ensuring that our Policies fit the legal and cultural environments. It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.Some content viewed may violate our community guidelines, which include but are not limited to bullying; hate speech; child abuse; sexual assault; torture; bestiality; self-harm; suicide; murder. What will I be doing?- You will organize and articulate ambiguous and complex ideas or issues into clear documentation and analysis- You will craft and implement content policies for Central Eastern Europe & the Baltics with regional insights which are in line with global Trust and Safety policies- You'll manage escalations for Central Eastern Europe & the Baltics markets, align with all stakeholders, and respond to emergency content safety-related casesMinimum Qualifications: - Experience in policy development and enforcement, specifically in technology/social media/content- You have a deep interest in content management and online community development- A good understanding of current and upcoming regulations- You have fluency in English & any of the following: Czech, Slovak, Hungarian - Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role Preferred qualifications: - Previous work experience in Trust & Safety.
